You’ll be working closely with both business and technical teams – leading conversations, defining and prioritising platform features, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions. Key Responsibilities of the Data Engineering Product Owner:
- Act as an SME for the data engineering domain, particularly across cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Own the product roadmap for the data engineering space – identifying, shaping and prioritising features to deliver real business value.
- Drive delivery of data platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices and technical strategy.
- Guide engineering teams on best practice, methodologies, and solution design.
