VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation that is building a new AI Enablement function focused on safely and effectively adopting Microsoft Copilot across the business. - Deliver training sessions, workshops, and ongoing user support to drive adoption and confidence in Copilot tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable AI‑enabled solutions
- Promote safe and responsible use of AI in line with organisational policies and governance standards
- Support the creation of user guidance, documentation, and enablement materials
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical specialists where deeper configuration or integration is required
- Gather feedback from users and continuously refine adoption approaches and use cases
Key Experience Required of the Copilot Specialist:
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot in a business‑facing or enablement capacity
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps desirable)
- Experience engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Ability to deliver training, workshops, or user enablement sessions to non‑technical audiences
- Good understanding of data protection, GDPR, and responsible use of AI tools in a corporate environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions and guide users toward practical outcomes
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular time spent in the office engaging directly with business users
