IT ManagerContract - Outside IR35 - RemoteWe are looking for an experienced IT Manager to support one of our Customer's through a period of technology review, improvement and transformation.This is a hands-on role that will initially focus on understanding the current technology landscape, identifying key risks and opportunities, and then leading the delivery of agreed improvements.Technology / RequirementsStrong experience in IT or technology management, ideally within a small or medium-sized organisation.Experience reviewing technology environments and identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement.Good understanding of cyber security, Microsoft 365 and technology governance.Experience managing and working with external technology suppliers.Strong project, transformation or technology improvement experience.Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and translate technical issues into clear, practical actions.Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action plans.Able to operate both strategically and hands-on, taking ownership and driving actions through to completion.What you’ll be doingReview the current technology set-up, suppliers, Microsoft 365 environment and cyber security position.Identify key risks, issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement.Develop and prioritise recommendations and an action plan.Lead and coordinate technology improvement actions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.Provide trusted technology advice to the senior team.Maintain oversight of technology risks, actions and progress.Identify longer-term technology leadership, governance and capability requirements.Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence.
