My customer is looking for a proactive and organised Installations Co-Ordinator to manage and support the installation of IT products and services across their trade and supply locations. This role is key to ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, customers, and third-party engineers to deliver high-quality installations on time and to standard.

The Installations Co-Ordinator would be required to travel to various locations across the Hampshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee installations of IT, network, and telephony services across multiple sites.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers during installations.
  • Manage third-party engineers and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support the Installations Planning Manager and Service Delivery team in incident management and resolution.
  • Monitor installation progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, aiming to automate where possible.
  • Ensure all work aligns with ITIL best practices and agreed service levels.
