VIQU are partnering with a leading professional services organisation seeking a Technology Demand Manager to manage inbound technology demand and a portfolio of small change and BAU projects. Working closely with infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure requirements are scoped, prioritised, governed, and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound technology demand from initial request through to delivery
- Assess, scope, prioritise, and schedule small change and BAU projects
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and delivery timescales
- Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party suppliers
- Oversee supplier delivery, governance, budgets, POs, and performance
- Act as a key link between technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Drive improvements across demand, change, and delivery processes
Key Experience Required:
- Experience managing IT demand, small change, or technology delivery
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
- Experience working with infrastructure or technology teams
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, costs, and delivery timelines
- Experience working within structured governance and change processes
- Strong project planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment would be desirable
