We are looking to speak with EUC/ 2nd Line Support Engineers with hands on technical experience of supporting Windows and Linux devices.
This role is focused on EUC Support so you don't need to have experience with the Server side but you will be asked to troubleshoot and fix 2nd Line issues with Windows and Linux endpoints.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and supporting both Linux and Windows Operating Systems for the end users and be available to be on site 5 days per week in London.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: Hands-on experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar 2nd Line role.
You will have experience of troubleshooting everyday software/hardware issues of both Linux Ubuntu and Windows, managing OS updates, and maintaining system security.
You will have experience of supporting, troubleshooting configuring networks, managing user accounts, and enforcing device policies to keep staff productive and secure.
You will also have exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
