b Overview /b p In this role you will act as a Level 2 escalation point within Service Operations for a data protection specialist provider. You will own hands-on technical issues, review logs, coordinate with vendors, and perform client data restores. You will configure monitoring, patch applications and maintain technical documentation, while communicating clearly with customers and partners.
