My client seeks a seasoned Business Analyst from within the Investment Banking arena, to join a team with focus on IT Change ensuring it is aligned to the correct priority, queue and delivered. You will work in a designated tower, working closely with Architects - Solution & Data, who will define the solution ensuring alignment to the strategy, standards and roadmaps.
Mandatory Experience
- Experienced Business Analyst within Investment/Trading/Security Banking
- Experienced as a Business Analyst within Financial Crime Risk Management or Financial markets or securities settlement
- Experienced in working on complex projects
- Self-sufficient to own a project and drive outcomes
- A solid track record in delivering technical/software development projects within a financial or regulated environment
- Business Analyst - Full end to end lifecycle experience
- Proven experience working within agile/scrum methodologies
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle to include applications in an agile context
- Jira / Confluence for project management and documentation
- Qualified Business Analyst supported with commercial experience
Desirable Experience
- Data Management (data journeys, analysis, integration/migration)
- Agile methodologies in Waterfall environments
- Certified in Agile, DevOps for delivery
- SC Clearance or willing to undertake
