Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to capture objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Translating business problems into clear, prioritised requirements that guide solution delivery
- Analysing existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting design of to-be processes, testing, and smooth transition into live service
- Building strong business cases by evaluating the impact and benefits of proposed changes
- Ensuring change initiatives stay aligned with the organisation\\\’s strategy and goals
Requirements
- 2+ years\’ experience as a Business Analyst (or similar)
- Strong track record delivering business change projects across people, process, and technology
- Skilled in elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques
- Experience working through the full project lifecycle on initiatives of varying size and complexity
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile approaches
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence and JIRA
- Ability to produce clear, concise documentation (requirements, gap analyses, business rules)
