VIQU has partnered with a leading organisation to recruit a Software Developer to join their thriving technology team. Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within applications and development processes. Provide high-quality support for core business applications, ensuring issues and requests are handled promptly and professionally. Participate in an on-call support rota for critical systems. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with business stakeholders. Contribute to code reviews using Git and GitHub, ensuring code quality and consistency.
Proven experience with PHP and Laravel framework. Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js (2 or 3). Proficiency in working with JSON and relational databases including MySQL and SQL Server. Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
