b Overview /b p In this role you will be a hands-on escalation expert supporting a range of Microsoft environments for a growing MSP. You will work closely with customers and L1/L2 engineers to resolve complex issues and drive technical improvements. The role offers exposure to Microsoft cloud, AI and automation, with opportunities to contribute to migrations and projects. You will operate within a customer-focused team that values technical development and responsibility. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as a key 3rd line escalation point for the support team /li li Own and resolve complex technical issues and major incidents /li li Troubleshoot and support Microsoft environments (M365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows) /li li Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers /li li Build relationships with customers and act as a senior technical contact /li li Participate in projects, migrations, and technical improvements /li li Identify opportunities for automation and improvements across customer environments /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years in an MSP or similar IT support environment with strong L2/L3 experience /li li Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune /li li Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls /li li Experience supporting multiple customer environments /li li Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /li li Experience with PSA/RMM tools and SLA-driven support /li li Confident communication with customers and mentoring less experienced engineers /li li Experience with Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue, Meraki or Rewst is advantageous /li li PowerShell and automation experience; Microsoft Copilot or certifications beneficial /li li Genuine interest in technical development and taking on more responsibility /li /ul ul li Strong communication and presentation to customers /li li Mentoring and supporting junior engineers /li li Collaborative, customer-focused mindset /li li Microsoft 365 /li li Entra ID /li li Exchange Online /li /ul
