Web Developer Contract Remote / Cardiff

VIQU have partnered with an NHS client, who are seeking a Web Developer to support the Development, and maintenance of web pages for the organisation. This Web Developer role will involve delivering accessible, high-quality, and responsive web solutions within an Agile digital environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Develop and maintain responsive web pages.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional web solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate within a small digital team in an Agile environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Basic experience developing and deploying web pages.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team.
• Portfolio or examples of previous web development work preferred.
• Desirable: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Mura) or bilingual content workflows.

Contract Overview

• Role: Web Developer
• Duration: Runs till end of March 2026
• IR35: Inside IR35
• Rate: £205 per day
• Location: Hybrid Cardiff / Remote
