Desktop Support Engineer - Stevenage

VIQU have been approached by a customer who are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide additional BAU support to their onsite IT team.

The successful Desktop Support Engineer will have solid previous experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service across both face-to-face and remote interactions.

The role

This role will involve providing hands-on Desktop Support to end users, including handling incoming support calls, assisting users via walk-up support and managing tickets through the internal ticketing system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a range of hardware, software and access issues, whilst escalating more complex incidents where required.
