Programme Manager 12 / 18 months Outside IR35 Remote with ad hoc travel
My client is looking for a Programme Manager with a background in pensions / financial services, delivering programmes involving data governance, systems implementation, data migration and change management.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Manager with a strong history of managing large scale programmes end to end. With a focus on system strategy, modern platform assessment and contract management.
Key Responsibilities of the Programme Manager:
- Programme management across data, systems and transformation projects.
- Manage data migration and systems migration programmes.
- Work closely with the internal implementation team throughout delivery.
- Oversee data governance, data quality and data management activities.
- Manage business change and implementation activity.
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, milestones and reporting.
- Coordinate internal technical, data and business teams.
- Manage suppliers and contractual/commercial relationships.
- Provide programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
Key Experience of the Programme Manager:
- Must have a history of successfully delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Must have experience within pensions, specifically pension systems migrations.
- Must have change management experience.
- Strong governance and senior stakeholder management.
- Must have experience managing suppliers and contracts.
The successful Programme Manager will be work remotely with ad hoc travel to either Bristol, Manchester or London.
