My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.
Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and general infrastructure issues
- Support technology updates and contribute to ITIL best practices
- Assist with additional IT projects and ongoing technical initiatives
IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:
- Windows 10/11 administration, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Intune administration and support
- Active Directory administration and user/account management
- Ticketing system management and response to user support requests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful IT Support Engineer candidate will be commutable 5 days a week to Dereham.
