My customer is looking for a dedicated Mac Support Engineer to help with issues up to L2. Youβll be working focused on an Okta workflow and keeping the lights on with basic Mac and Okta queries.

- Zoom
The Mac Support Engineer is required to be onsite in Central London.
Primary day to day responsibilities will include:
- Previous experience in a Mac Support Engineer role
- Mac OS β Basic troubleshooting and support
- Okta β This experience is required β someone that can sort out Okta and Okta workflows.
- BAU Support of Mac OS and Okta
- Google Workspace: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
- Chrome: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
- Zoom: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
Dates of the contract: 20th February 2026 - 27th February 2026. This is a 1-week contract, and you are required to work onsite in Central London.
