Halo Consultant - Chance to Grow Boutique AI Operations Consultancy  |  UK, Remote with occasional client site You already know your way around Halo. What you have not had yet is the room to go properly deep on it. This is that role. A specialist consultancy in Service Operations, AIOps and Observability is growing its Halo practice, and they are hiring someone with real potential rather than someone who has already done it all. You will own client work from day one, with senior people around you and certification behind you, and you will grow into the consultant everyone calls when a Halo implementation gets difficult. About the Client A boutique consultancy working exclusively in Service Operations, AIOps and Observability across the UK and Europe. They help enterprises move from firefighting IT operations to something far more autonomous, combining strategic design with hands-on delivery across ITSM, ITOM, monitoring and event management. They are an accredited Halo partner and work deep in the leading AIOps and observability ecosystems. Small, sharp, and genuinely well regarded in a niche that is growing fast. The Role You will be the person clients trust to get Halo right. Running discovery with the customer, designing service management processes that fit how their teams actually work, then configuring and delivering the platform yourself. Hands-on consulting, not advisory. You own engagements end to end, from first workshop through to a live platform the client can confidently run on their own. The scope you take on grows as your depth does. What You'll Do Deliver Halo implementations end to end, from discovery and process design through to configuration, data migration and go-live Configure workflows, SLAs, ticket types, automations, portals and reporting around each client's operating model Shape ITSM processes with clients, grounded in ITIL but built around how their teams really operate Build integrations between Halo and the wider toolchain, including monitoring, event management and observability platforms Run training and handover so client teams are genuinely capable of owning the platform afterwards Be the technical voice clients trust, from service desk leads through to senior sponsors What You'll Need Exposure to Halo ITSM - you do not need years of it, but you need to have worked with the platform Solid ITSM process knowledge, with ITIL foundation or equivalent practical grounding Client-facing confidence, comfortable in a workshop and in front of stakeholders Comfort with integrations, APIs and data migration Someone who owns outcomes rather than tickets, and thrives with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team Real appetite to learn, because both the platform depth and the wider AIOps side open up here Nice to Have Halo certifications, or a clear intention to get them Experience with other ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Ivanti or Cherwell Exposure to AIOps, observability or event management tooling Consultancy or MSP background The Growth Part This is a deliberate investment hire, and the development side of it is the whole point. Halo certification and training fully supported through their partner status Direct access to senior consultants and to the founder, so you learn from people doing the work Exposure across the wider practice, including AIOps, observability and event management, so you build breadth alongside Halo depth Real ownership early, with a clear path from delivering engagements to leading them Why This One Small enough that your work is visible and your opinion counts. Established enough that you are into real enterprise engagements from day one. In a niche where good Halo people are genuinely scarce, this is where you become one of them.
