Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of AI models, generative AI and automation
- Knowledge of how AI technologies can be applied in a business environment
- Experience identifying high-value AI or automation opportunities
- Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping experience
- Experience translating business needs into delivery-ready use cases
- Experience working with technology teams, delivery partners or vendors
- Strong business and technical stakeholder engagement skills
- AI/ML, business analysis or change management certifications are advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritise AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and risk
- Lead discovery workshops with business teams
- Capture current processes, pain points and desired outcomes
- Translate opportunities into clear, delivery-ready use cases
- Own the AI use case pipeline from discovery through to deployment
- Partner with technical teams and external AI delivery partners
- Support the design, build, testing and rollout of AI automation solutions
- Define and track the value delivered by individual use cases
- Report AI delivery progress to leadership
