Requirements
- Proven experience leading PMO functions within large, complex portfolio environments with annual spend of £20m to £50m+
- Strong background in portfolio governance, reporting, and multi-programme delivery oversight
- Experience managing small PMO teams, typically 2 to 6 analysts, in structured delivery environments
- Strong financial management capability including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead PMO delivery across a portfolio of projects with £20m to £40m annual spend, ensuring strong governance, control, and delivery oversight
- Own and manage portfolio-level RAID, change control, and dependency tracking across multiple programmes
- Drive resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management across the portfolio to support delivery demand
- Maintain financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control in partnership with Finance
- Produce high-quality MI, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior governance forums including SteerCos and Portfolio Boards

This is a permanent hybrid role based in Horsham, with three days onsite per week, offering a salary of up to £80,000. The role supports a complex portfolio of transformation programmes and works closely with senior Programme and Project Managers to drive governance, financial control, and portfolio reporting across a multi-million-pound change portfolio.
