Head of PMO Horsham Hybrid (1 3 days onsite) | Permanent Up to 100,000 VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Head of PMO to join its CIO / CT 20m 40m change portfolio.
This is not a traditional PMO leadership role.
We re looking for someone with previous experience working within a CIO organisation, supporting multiple programmes rather than a single project.
You ll need the gravitas to challenge senior stakeholders, provide a portfolio-wide view of delivery, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technology environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead PMO delivery across a 20m 40m portfolio of technology programmes, ensuring strong governance, financial control and delivery oversight.
Provide portfolio-level reporting across multiple programmes, managing RAID, dependencies, change control, resource planning and executive dashboards.
Drive consistency across the wider PMO community, partnering with Programme Directors and Finance to oversee budgets, forecasting and portfolio performance.
