This role would report directly to the Head of IT, and will involve supporting a Microsoft-first environment with a strong focus on cloud, ITIL-led service delivery, ERP transformation, automation and cyber security.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience proving 2nd 3rd line support in a Microsoft environment, and capable of leading service management and project delivery.
Experience required for the Senior IT Support Analyst
- Previous experience in a senior IT support position, managing 2nd to 3rd line tickets independently.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Windows 11.
- Exposure to Azure cloud, and virtual infrastructure (Hyper-V/ VMware).
- Experience with security tools like Microsoft Defender.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Interest in automation and AI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
- Job Duties of the Senior IT Support Analyst
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams as well as Azure cloud services.
- Provide IT support to 300+ end users.
- Implement and maintain Intune, AD and Entra ID solutions.
- Assist with ongoing IT projects (e. g. Dynamics 365 implementation).
- Conduct security assessments using Defender and maintain disaster recovery systems.
