The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role will be an average of 2-3 days per week on-site, in Glasgow. Service Analyst required to work alongside the Infrastructure Team Leaders and support day-to-day activities for this Global Legal Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across Change, Incident and Problem management – ideally working within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
  • Utilize ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile and Scrum
  • CAB experience / Change Advisory Board
  • ICP facilitation / Integrated Change Process – run the calls and maintain reviews
  • Work with Infrastructure, Compute and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLA’s
  • Process review and improvements
  • Daily ticket queue checks, including triage, and updates
  • Documentation and agenda circulation
  • Support Infrastructure Team Leaders in creating minutes, chasing actions and standing in for them when required
  • Raising and following up escalations
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience working within a global environment
