VIQU IT is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join an onsite team in Crawley for a 12‑month contract, with a view to extension. You will provide BAU IT support to internal staff and external clients in a Microsoft environment, focusing on hardware and software issues, ticket management, and hands‑on troubleshooting.
The role requires solid experience in Windows/Microsoft environments, including Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint, AD, Azure and Intune, plus excellent customer service.
