1st Line Support – 12-Month Contract - Crawley
VIQU have been approached by a customer who is seeking a 1st Line Support contractor to provide some additional BAU support for their internal staff. The successful 1st Line Support will have solid previous experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
The role:
This role will involve managing and escalating support tickets mainly focused on Hardware issues, as well as handling Software and breakfix issues. This role involves working with external clients also so communication skills and a focus on customer service is paramount.
Key skills & responsibilities for the First Line Support:
- 1st Line / Service Desk / Customer Support – in a Windows / Microsoft environment:
- SharePoint
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Intune
- Experience supporting with face-to-face IT support
- Triaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams where necessary
- Experience with breakfix issues with Laptops, iPads and iPhones
- Excellent customer service skills
