A client is looking for a Network Security Engineer to lead the design and support of critical network security solutions and drive technical excellence while ensuring the resilience, performance and security of enterprise infrastructure.
The successful Network Security Engineer will use Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load balancers and Cisco ISE to configure, monitor and maintain network security platforms across a global enterprise.
Key Experience of the Network Security Engineer:- Must have strong experience with enterprise network security technologies.
- Must have experience designing and supporting Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPNs.
- Must have a strong understanding of routing and switching technologies.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Check Point Firewalls.
- Must have proven expertise in F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM).
- Experience administering and supporting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Lead the technical resolution of complex network security incidents and changes.
- Develop secure logical designs across Firewalls, Load Balancers, Layer 2 VPNs, and Layer 3 VPNs.
- Leverage expertise in Check Point Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to support, secure, and optimise enterprise network environments.
- Analyse network traffic, troubleshoot congestion, and optimise performance.
- Apply technical governance to ensure project deliverables transition seamlessly into live service.
- Monitor and continually improve network performance, resilience, and security.
