A Client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Compliance Analyst to join their team and play a hands-on role in driving their NIS compliance programme forward. With the overall NIS strategy already in place, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving its execution, managing compliance activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring operational controls are embedded across the business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience delivering or supporting NIS compliance programmes within regulated environments.
  • Hands-on implementation of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) controls.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience producing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and audit evidence.
  • Able to manage multiple compliance activities and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) is desirable.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 implementation or compliance, with an understanding of its alignment to NIS.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of NIS compliance activities across the organisation.
  • Engage with technical teams, business units and key stakeholders to gather evidence and ensure actions are delivered.
  • Implement and maintain administrative, governance and security controls required for NIS compliance.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Ensure documentation, policies, procedures and evidence are maintained to support compliance.
  • Work closely with the existing NIS lead, translating strategic objectives into practical deliverables.

The Successful Cyber Security Compliance Analyst will be expected to be commutable to site in Southampton.
