VIQU IT have partnered with a London based financial customer to recruit a Vulnerability Analyst to help clear a backlog of outstanding patches across Applications, Servers and Endpoints. The Vulnerability Analyst will be expected to proactively carry out vulnerability scanning using Tenable and action any recommended patches. This needs to be done in a timely manner to ensure that they can pass an IT security review in the near future.
Responsibilities- Patch Management
- Review reports created within Tenable.
- Engage with application owners to agree a plan to implement the required patch
- Push out updates to all endpoint devices via Intune or manually depending on the specific patch requirements.
- Strong experience with Tenable.
- Hands on experience of patch management
- Experience deploying patches via/to, Intune, Server Infrastructure (Linux etc), Windows Server and Applications
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, communication, and reporting skills.
