This organisation is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join its Operations team in a key Operations and Recruitment Management support role. The position is central to the company’s growth strategy, shaping team expansion, client experience, and operational scaling. Working closely with the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will support internal projects and client-facing initiatives that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Operations: Act as the central liaison between external suppliers, recruitment partners, and candidates. Review and triage applications to ensure a steady candidate flow. Manage interview scheduling, candidate progression, and communications for a positive experience.
- Process Management & Optimisation: Oversee and refine recruitment and operational workflows using internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support onboarding, coordinating inductions and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Stakeholder & Compliance Management: Liaise with leadership to review candidate progression, facilitate decision-making, and coordinate outcomes. Manage personnel clearances in line with security procedures. Maintain adherence to Quality Management and ISO standards through audits and reporting.
- Operational Support: Support general business operations including timesheets, invoicing, and policy compliance. Assist with supplier relationships, office operations, and administrative processes to sustain organisational readiness.
