Morela is seeking an experienced SMCR Business Change Lead to own the people and organisational aspects of a regulatory change programme for a financial services client. The role is contract, Inside IR35, based in London with hybrid work and 50% office attendance.
You will oversee change strategy, impact assessments, communications, training, readiness and embedding change into BAU, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to land sustainable change.
