The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
This role will be an average of 2-3 days per week on-site, in London. Service Analyst required to work alongside the Infrastructure Team Leaders and support day-to-day activities for this Global Legal Company.
Key Experience
- Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management - ideally working within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
- Experience with ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile and Scrum
- Cab experience / Change Advisory Board
- ICP facilitation / Integrated Change Process - Run the calls and maintain reviews
- Work with Infrastructure, Compute and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLAs
- Process review and improvements
- Daily ticket queue checks, including triage, and updates
- Documentation and Agenda circulation
- Support Infrastructure Team Leaders in creating minutes, chasing actions and standing in for them when required
- Raising and following up Escalations
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience working within a Global Environment
