Location: Remote (1–2 days per month in Hampshire, plus occasional client site travel across the South East)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

VIQU have partnered with a leading UK ERP consultancy that specialises in delivering Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Business Central solutions. With over 35 years of experience and more than 1,300 customers worldwide, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality ERP projects while investing heavily in the development of their people. They are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to join their growing consulting team. This is a functional consulting role where you'll lead ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live, working closely with customers to understand business processes, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure successful adoption. While NetSuite experience is the priority, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your expertise by gaining exposure to Microsoft Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live support.
  • Run customer workshops to understand business processes and design effective ERP solutions.
  • Configure NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing.
  • Work alongside technical consultants to support integrations and bespoke developments.
  • Deliver user training and provide guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Support pre-sales workshops, solution demonstrations and project scoping where required.
  • Contribute to implementation best practice and continuous improvement across the consulting team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering multiple NetSuite implementations in either an end-user or consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report.
  • Experience configuring core NetSuite modules, particularly Financial Management.
  • Finance or accounting background with a solid understanding of business systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP implementation methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
