Technical Service Delivery Manager Fully Remote | Permanent | £60,000

VIQU are partnering with a growing technology organisation to recruit a Technical Service Delivery Manager, managing global customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of technical services.

As Technical Service Delivery Manager, you'll run QBRs and service reviews, monitor SLAs, drive service improvements and act as an escalation point for customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

Run QBRs and technical service reviews.

Monitor SLAs, service metrics and improvement actions.

Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents.

Identify service improvements and additional customer requirements.

Produce and analyse service performance reports.

Key

Requirements

Previous Technical Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager or Customer Success experience.

Managed services experience managing multiple customers.

Experience running technical QBRs and service reviews.

Good understanding of ITIL, SLAs and service improvement.

Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery.

Experience with Rubrik, Druva, Zerto, Commvault or Net Backup is advantageous.

Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
