What you’ll be doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our permanent recruitment team by identifying, engaging and placing high-quality candidates. From day one, you’ll receive hands-on training and work closely 1:1 with experienced managers and leaders who are invested in your success.

You’ll learn:

  • How to source and engage candidates confidently
  • How to build strong relationships and networks
  • The full recruitment lifecycle and best-practice techniques
