Viqu have partnered with a rapidly growing managed services provider to hire a Technical Service Delivery Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships, leading QBRs, and ensuring services are delivered against SLAs and key performance metrics. This customer-facing role suits someone from an MSP background who enjoys driving service improvement, engaging with stakeholders, and developing their exposure to backup and disaster recovery technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QBRs and service reviews with a portfolio of managed service customers
  • Own service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and continual service improvement plans
  • Act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents and service issues
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across global accounts
  • Identify service improvements, risks, and opportunities for additional services
  • Review onboarding processes and recommend service delivery enhancements
  • Understand customer roadmaps and assess impact on service delivery
  • Produce high-quality service reports, analysing trends and performance metrics
  • Gather customer feedback including CSAT and NPS, driving improvement actions

Key Requirements:

  • 3–4 years' experience as a Technical Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Customer Success Manager within an MSP
  • Background managing external customers (not internal-only service delivery)
  • High-level understanding of backup and DR technologies (e.g. Rubrik, Druva, Zerto, Commvault, NetBackup)
  • Ability to discuss backup environments, configurations, and service improvements at a technical level
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and SLA management
  • Broad technical awareness across Windows, M365, VMware, networking, and data centres
  • Confident running technical QBRs with demanding customers
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused attitude
