VIQU have partnered with a growing organisation who have recently modernised their systems, migrating into Dynamics 365 Business Central. Due to this, they are hiring a systems support engineer to provide IT support and carry out system related projects. This role requires at least four days a week on site presence in Yate, Bristol.

Duties of the First Line Support Engineer:

  • Perform IT and system support to a range of users within the company.
  • Support across the Dynamics/Microsoft 365 and Windows ecosystem.
  • Follow SLAs and deal with all tickets in a timely manner.
  • Independently manage system related projects, focusing on improving business related efficiencies.
  • Undertake training on specific ERP related technologies.

Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:

  • Experience with IT and systems related support.
  • Experience working with and supporting a Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Exposure to supporting some kind of ERP system.
  • Must have a UK driving license and your own car.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a nice to have.
