We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead an engineering team supporting plant, MHE and HGV maintenance activity. The role is working days Monday-Friday. You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across defence equipment assets.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervise, support and develop a team of engineers.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity.
- Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards.
- Complete inspections and quality checks.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance.
- Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment.
- Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds.
