Workshop Supervisor Stafford
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead an engineering team supporting plant, MHE and HGV maintenance activity.The role is working days Monday-Friday.
You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across defence equipment assets.
What youll be doingSupervise, support and develop a team of engineers.
Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity.
Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards.
Complete inspections and quality checks.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
What were looking forExperience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance.
Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment.
Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3.
Strong communication, organisation and people management skills.
Good understanding of health and safety.
Full UK driving licence.
