Salary: Β£41,000 - 69,500 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience leading validation and architectural design, delivering development of use cases through to operational support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to craft concise, informative user documentation
- Experience researching and developing solutions that modernise or improve service and technology portfolios, automate IT operations, reduce costs, or increase service levels
- Strong experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI implementations
- Deep understanding of Splunk capabilities and its future direction
- Administration experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI
- Demonstrable experience configuring Splunk ITSI using REST API
- Previous experience automating Splunk using Terraform and GitHub
- Understanding of different monitoring technologies and how they can be used to deliver insights and business value
- Experience managing sophisticated Splunk platforms serving multiple business units and use cases, such as Security, IT Operations, and transaction monitoring
- Experience integrating Splunk with data sources and other monitoring, automation, and ITSM tools
- Strong data analysis skills, correlating data from multiple data sources
- Ability to articulate sophisticated designs, code, and applications for large-scale projects into modular chunks
- Demonstrable experience working on multiple workstreams to deadlines, balancing conflicting and changing demands across a sophisticated portfolio
- Ability to analyse and balance a variety of internal and external information sources
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret and present information to a variety of audiences, including senior management
