Job Description About the Role \n A growing renewable energy technology organisation is looking for a motivated Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Liverpool. \n Specialising in solar inverters, battery storage systems and related renewable energy technologies, the business supports customers across the UK with product guidance, technical support and after-sales service. \Working closely with experienced technical and sales teams, you will help resolve customer queries, support product introductions and build your understanding of solar and battery storage technologies. Training and development will be provided. \n About You \n You are enthusiastic about technology and renewable energy, with an interest in understanding how products work and helping customers resolve technical issues. n You may be a recent graduate or have some experience in a technical, engineering, customer support or electrical environment. n You will be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues, supporting customers remotely and travelling to customer sites when required.
