VIQU has partnered with a leading professional services organisation seeking a hands-on Project Manager to deliver critical IT and digital initiatives. This role focuses on AI and Microsoft Copilot implementations, IT simplification projects, and cross-functional programmes, collaborating with technical teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technology projects, including AI/Copilot and IT simplification initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and other project managers to align across programmes and dependencies.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders, providing guidance, challenge, and clear communication.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes, with appropriate escalation and mitigation.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional work in a blended Agile/Waterfall environment, including occasional early mornings or late evenings for international teams.

Key Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing complex technology projects in legal environments.
  • Experience managing a Copilot implementation project within a law firm.
  • Proven end-to-end project delivery experience (planning, scheduling, resourcing, risk, quality, closure).
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work directly with technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, understanding programme dependencies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and AI implementations preferred.
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, or PMP advantageous.
  • Independent, initiative-taking, and able to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
