We\’re looking for a talented Software Development Manager to lead a small but highly skilled development team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical business applications built on the Microsoft .NET platform. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced .NET developer with strong people management skills.
As Software Development Manager, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. You will mentor and guide your team to adopt best practices, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the development team as the Software Development Manager, promoting accountability and technical excellence.

Oversee SDLC for .NET applications, ensuring robust coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

Implement and enforce peer code reviews and unit testing frameworks.
