We place Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Founding Engineers and senior technical talent across the US, UK and Europe. Our clients are AI-native startups, boutique consultancies and frontier tech businesses.
The role involves owning the candidate side of the process from end to end, including sourcing, headhunting, screening and managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants who handle the client relationships. Your focus will be on candidate excellence, building relationships with sought-after technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
