VIQU are seeking an experienced Nourish Consultant / SuperUser to support an organisation through the implementation and migration to Nourish Better Care & Safety within a social care environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered a similar project and can provide practical, hands-on support to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration and implementation of Nourish Better Care & Safety
- Assist with the build and configuration of interactions, care plans, and workflows
- Provide system expertise and guidance to operational teams
- Support users throughout the transition and help embed best practice
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation
About You
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience using Nourish within a residential childcare setting
- SuperUser or system administration experience
- Previous experience supporting or leading a migration to Nourish Better Care & Safety
- Strong understanding of care planning, recording, and workflow configuration
- The ability to work flexibly and independently on a contract basis
