Clinical Systems Trainer Location: Cardiff – Hybrid | 12/24-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £32,000 – £39,000 VIQU are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in South Wales to recruit a Clinical Systems Trainer to join their Digital Programmes team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the rollout, adoption and ongoing development of business-critical clinical systems, helping colleagues confidently use technology that improves day-to-day operations and patient care. Working closely with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, develop user-friendly learning materials and support users through the implementation of new digital systems. Deliver classroom, virtual and one-to-one training sessions. Create training materials, user guides and digital learning resources. Carry out training needs analysis and tailor learning to different audiences. Support the implementation and adoption of new clinical systems. Previous experience designing training materials and user documentation. Experience supporting system implementations or digital change programmes. Earn up to £1,000 through our referral scheme (terms apply).
