IT Support Engineer – Firmware Upgrades
VIQU are seeking two IT Support Engineers to complete firmware upgrades across approximately 700 cameras. Full training and step-by-step instructions will be provided, so this role is suited to someone with basic IT experience who is reliable, methodical and comfortable working towards targets. Key responsibilities & skills: Completing camera firmware upgrades by following documented steps.
Basic IT support experience or experience working in a technical environment.
Following instructions carefully and recording progress accurately.
Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating where required.
Working independently on-site and meeting project targets.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Contract details: Duration:
Approximately 4 months (130 days), potentially shorter.
