Contract: 12-month FTC

VIQU is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to deliver high-impact, global initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in legal or professional services to lead complex technology and business change projects. These include law-firm mergers and acquisitions, document and matter management (iManage/DMS) streamlining, and identity and access management (IAM) / Active Directory initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver projects from initiation through to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global, cross-functional project teams, including third-party vendors, ensuring end-to-end delivery of complex legal technology initiatives.
  • Manage projects related to law-firm mergers and acquisitions, including systems integration, data migration, and user transition.
  • Deliver iManage / DMS optimisation and streamlining programmes, improving document management, governance, and user experience.
  • Oversee IAM and Active Directory projects, including access controls, role-based permissions, and security enhancements.
  • Define project scope, requirements, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and resource plans.
  • Manage project communications, governance, risk, and change control, tracking progress against agreed KPIs.
  • Partner with change and communications teams to deliver effective stakeholder engagement and change impact analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice in project delivery.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years’ project management experience delivering global projects within legal or professional services environments.
  • Proven experience delivering projects such as M&A integrations, document management systems (iManage/DMS), and IAM / Active Directory initiatives.
  • Strong experience across software, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior legal and business leaders.
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, risk, change, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent).
