VIQU IT has a customer who are seeking an experienced IT Manager to support day-to-day IT operations during a critical period of business change, including a multi-company merger. This is a hands-on position suited to someone already operating at IT Manager level, who can step in and take ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers (MSPs)
- Manage business-as-usual (BAU) IT operations across global offices
- Own and drive ongoing IT projects, ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Handle escalations, approvals, and issue resolution across IT services
- Execute IT policies and ensure operational compliance
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an IT Manager role
- Hands-on Technical awareness/capability within a Microsoft environment
- Experience owning and delivering IT projects
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, ticketing systems, and escalation processes
The successful IT Manager must be able to work 2 days a week onsite in London.
