VIQU is recruiting for a PMO Lead to join a large-scale Finance Transformation Programme within a well-established organisation. This role requires a strong, hands-on PMO professional to lead governance, drive delivery standards, and ensure alignment across a complex programme, with a particular focus on ERP delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function and oversee day-to-day delivery
- Own programme governance, processes, and reporting standards
- Manage resource demand and supply across the programme
- Maintain the Integrated Programme Plan
- Oversee RAID (risks, issues, dependencies, change control)
- Provide senior-level reporting (Level 0 & Level 1)
- Act as a trusted advisor to Programme Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement across PMO capability
Key Requirements
- Strong experience as a PMO Lead / Senior PMO
- Proven delivery within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong ERP programme experience (ideally Oracle)
- Expertise in governance, planning, and reporting
- Experience with Prince2, MSP or Agile
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
