VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation who are looking to build-out a new AI Enablement function focused on driving the safe and effective adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the business. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you will work directly with users to understand day-to-day processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into practical Copilot use cases that improve productivity and ways of working. You will act as a key enabler between technical capability and business need, supporting adoption through engagement, training, and solution design, rather than deep engineering or architectural design work. Key Responsibilities of the Copilot Specialist:
- Engage with business users across multiple teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI enablement
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation
- Design and configure practical Copilot use cases and lightweight automations using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and ongoing user support to drive adoption and confidence in Copilot tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable AI-enabled solutions
