VIQU have partnered with a growing organisation that is creating a brand-new IT role to support its expanding technology landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven systems professional, as the Dynamics Systems Manager will act as the internal owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central, working closely with third-party suppliers while supporting the wider business with reporting, systems improvement, and day-to-day IT queries.
Key Responsibilities of the Dynamics Systems Manager:
- Act as the internal owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and aligned with business needs.
- Manage and coordinate third-party suppliers, including the MSP and Dynamics support partner.
- Support and enhance Dynamics modules including Field Service, Sales Hub, and Business Central.
- Deliver reporting and insights to the business using Power BI.
- Lead and contribute to Dynamics-related projects, improvements, and rollouts.
- Support the introduction and adoption of additional tools such as Customer Voice.
- Act as a point of escalation for user queries, working hands-on where appropriate and liaising with the MSP when required.
- Gather requirements from users and translate them into system improvements or supplier-led changes.
- Support system documentation, training, and user adoption across the business.
- Help shape the future IT function as the organisation continues to grow through acquisition.
Key Requirements of the Dynamics Systems Manager:
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central.
- Understanding of Dynamics modules such as Field Service, Sales, or ERP functionality.
- Experience working with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
- Comfortable managing third-party IT suppliers and service providers.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to balance systems work and general IT queries.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work directly with business users.
- A desire to grow into a broader IT leadership or IT Manager role over time.
- Ability to work five days per week onsite.
